We are a real estate developer conceived by Tensai Industria and Manuel João Preto. We gravitate towards people and the desire to create projects around which form, functionality, style, accuracy, creativity, comfort, elegance, and modernity orbit in perfect harmony. This is our mission.
Starting from two distinguished residential projects in Portugal’s northern region – Port Hillside in Vila Nova de Gaia, and Acquadalva in Porto, we have been exploring, since 2017, new opportunities in the market, diversifying and expanding our universe of residential housing projects towards health care spaces.
