Its services cover the design and implementation of business models, promotion and marketing strategies, and the comprehensive management of all phases of real estate developments. These include design, construction, supervision and licensing, as well as the efficient management of assets in operation or in the post-sale phase.<\/p>\n In the area of real estate<\/strong> linked to healthcare activities, the holding\u2019s activity is reflected in healthcare-focused real estate projects conceived and implemented by IOL Sa\u00fade<\/strong>.
